Code of Conduct and Compliance 

The Code of Con­duct and Com­pli­ance defines the fun­da­men­tal eth­i­cal and legal stan­dards for respon­si­ble con­duct with­in the Group. It sets out bind­ing prin­ci­ples regard­ing integri­ty, hon­esty, and com­pli­ance with the law, as well as fair and respect­ful deal­ings with employ­ees, busi­ness part­ners, and oth­er stake­hold­ers. The Code serves as a guide­line for day-to-day busi­ness activ­i­ties and must be observed by all employ­ees, man­ag­ing direc­tors, and rep­re­sen­ta­tives of the company.
